REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event that the party is cancelled or rescheduled, the purchaser will be eligible for a refund.

Cancelled Event

If the event is cancelled for any reason, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.

Rescheduled Event

If the event is rescheduled, the purchaser will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. If the purchaser chooses to request a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the cancellation or rescheduling announcement. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or ticket. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being made.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the face value of the ticket, including any applicable taxes or fees. 

No-shows

No refunds will be given for no-shows or for tickets that are not used.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this refund policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the event organiser.

By purchasing a ticket for the party, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
